Taurus II is sometimes available in the Special Quests in exchange for 8000 tokens. The yearly subscription also rewards Taurus II when social goals are completed.
It is not possible to breed Taurus II.

Breed Information
People have wondered for centuries whether or not animals appreciate nature. If they had seen the famous Taurus foals in action, they would wonder no longer! Back in the 60s, reports began coming in about glowing animals that would stare, entranced, at the Iguazu Falls of Brazil. They were nicknamed Taurus foals because locals first thought they were bulls. Taurus Horses are available in the game from April 4th, GMT to May 21st, GMT, corresponding to the Zodiac Sign of Taurus. (This is the official description for Taurus I horse)
